KATV Hires New Reporter for Afternoon News Program
KATV/Channel 7/Little Rock has hired a new reporter for its new news program. Arkansas Online reports Ansley Watson will join Elicia Dover and Barry Brandt on Good Afternoon Arkansas when it debuts September 4th. Ansley previously worked at the Fox and NBC affiliates in Marquette, Michigan.
An Arkansas Noon Tradition Returns Friday
Dialing for Dollars returns to KARK/Channel 4/Little Rock Friday. The long time Arkansas noon time tradition has been on hiatus due to being re-formatted and the construction of a new studio. Arkansas Online reports the new format will feature a retro format of a 70's or 80's game show ..and the presentation will be all digital. Up for grabs Friday will be a $1000 prize

A New Reporter Hits the Street in Little Rock
KATV/Channel 7/Little Rock has hired a new reporter. KATV news director Nick Genty announced via Twitter Tuesday Nick Popham has joined the staff at Channel 7. Arkansas Online reports Popham comes from Sioux City, Iowa.
