KARK Searching for an Additional Weather Guesser
Seems KARK/Channel 4/Little Rock is looking for a Meteorologist. The station posted an ad on the Arkansas Broadcasters Association website. The station already has 3 mets...Chief Keith Monahan, Darby Bybee and Greg Dee.

Wow, contracts must be up and added talent and changes seem to be happening at all the stations.
They might already have 3, but don't they need an extra picking up the slack in times of vacations, illness, etc? Makes sense to me.
Maybe they could get Tracy Beene as part time. Didn't 11 just hire an additional full time guesser.
Bring back the mayor of Cougartown, Tracy Douglass.
There not looking for a an additional weather person, there looking to replace Darby Bybee.

Darby Bybee is available. He has logged 35-thousand miles as a storm chaser! Has a degree in Meteorology from Ball State and is working on getting some seals. He's an avid runner (and occasional arm wrestler). Now in Little Rock, but new manager says they are "going in a different direction" and he will not be renewed. Grab him quickly!
Maybe the new one won't be saying "afternyune" and "nyuse" as one of the current mets does. (Dee)
Tracy's lip sync in the furniture commercials is terrible.
Bybee is the second best they have right now, next to the chief.
Well the new managment at 4 may be making attempts to save the sinking ship. Good move. Something about hime was hard to watch. As a viewer and someone who has bought ads I must say the last year and half to two years they really lost ground.
To bad they let Laura Huckabee get hired by another station. I would have helped the weather coverage by adding an someone with that much experience plus she is an Arkansas native.
Let Jessica do the weather.
Maybe they could hire the Yak. He freaks out about the severe weather every chance he gets, so he'd be a great addition.
Na, we want fresh meat.

They need to hire someone that will scare the crap out of the viewers when storms appear. It's the only way to get viewers and keep them.
I think Yak would be perfect a channel 4 and also make him the chief met. His love for severe weather and his personality would be perfect.
yak needs to calm down and mow his yard without twittering...
