I know the following has absolutely nothing to do about this topic, but I think its time for KLRT FOX16 to get weekday morning and/or midday newscasts soon! Do you agree? Somebody should contact their station and tell them they should get them. No matter how small or large the Little Rock television market is. Its time for them to expand Evening newscasts aren't enough!

The only reason they even have news at all is because FOX requires it of their affiliates. Otherwise they would not even have what you see now.

Fox affiliate KARD 14 in Monroe, LA just began a one hour morning newscast last Monday, so who knows?

So they can be number 4 in another news time period? How beat up do you want them to be?

Note: Due to the ALCS Baseball game on FOX, FOX16 News at 5 and 5:30 will not be shown. The game will probably last throughout the evening, so FOX16 News at 9 will air on its sister station CW Arkansas at 9.

Shortened Version: Tonight-10/11, KLRT FOX16 News at 9PM will be on KASN 38 The CW Arkansas.

Tonight's baseball coverage doesn't start until 6:30, so 5 and 5:30 newscast WILL air. You are right otherwise--9pm newscast on CW Arkansas and then a late newscast after the game on Fox16. Tomorrow (and if needed Thursday) the games are scheduled for 3pm, so no 5 and 5:30 on those nights.

Is there going to be a white people network to balance things out? Will there be a token white reporter they can put on their multicultural stories?

Gotta love the old Soul Train reruns. I keep waiting for Erkle to jump out and do the hand-jive dance.
