Another Former KATV'er Pops up on KARK
First it was former KATV'er Matt Mosler and now former KATV sports anchor Jeff Wingfield is now on KARK on Friday night's contributing to the station's high school football coverage. If I'm not mistaken, Wingfield left KATV to go into ministry work.
And speaking of KARK high school football coverage, it looks as though the station has put together a pretty good sports page, featuring scores and online video highlights.

Wingfield was released by KATV and went to work in corporate communications.
He was not released. He chose to leave to have more normal hours and spend time with his family.
Which is it? Was he released or not? It's real simple, either he was or he wasn't. There's no arguement over that. Come on guys, get it straight. Which one of you are lying? Kabesh

KARK or KATV ought to hire Eric Sullivan, interns beware though, he has scored with the intern at channel 11 and at channel 5. So be careful young girls.
Wouldn't Eric the guy who was released from Channel 5 for asking high school cheerleaders for their phone numbers?
As a former KATV employee....Jeff Wingfield was not released. He got a job in PR to spend more time with his family.
I thought he was in sales at Axciom.
What does Jeff Wingfield do at KARK. He has certainly gained a lot of weight and lost what little talent he had
All I know is this... Melissa Simas makes my mornings better! Sure easier to get up in the morning when I see her !!
Jeff does work for Acxiom. He was approached by KARK to work HS football on Friday nights. That's it.
KARK outsources its sports to KNWA in Fayetteville (Razorback Nation). Only a couple of young college grads plus Wingfield make up "KARK's local sports dept".
will you please give becky ditchfield a new wardrobe if she wears that beige shirt/with ruffles and oh yes the belt we are screaming!!!she needs to dress more business like
