Hogs' Helmets Initialed for Eells
Source: Whole Hog Sports Along with the Razorback on the side, Arkansas’ helmets will have the letters “P. E.” on them this season in memory of Paul Eells.
Eells, who died July 31 in a car accident, was the Razorbacks’ play-by-play announcer the previous 28 seasons. He also was host of the football and basketball coaches shows during that span.
Arkansas Coach Houston Nutt said the day after Eells died that he would be honored by the team this season, and it was decided having his initials on the Razorbacks’ helmets is the most appropriate way.
“Somebody that special, somebody as dear to the program as Paul Eells, you want to do something to remember him,” Nutt said. “To represent Paul Eells in just a small way means a lot.

That's what the Networks said about Fox. Now they own sports and have the one show that is true appointment tv....Idol.
One show doesn't define a Station. Good for FOX on having Idol, it's their only hit. And their local news is awful...

too bad Paul wasn't playing on the offense. I bet he wouldn't have fumbled 3 times or thrown 3 interceptions.
"Hog Central" what a joke. Fox 16 has as good of coverage as KATV anymore. 7 is just standing on perception because they are obviously are hurting on content. The viewers are seeing you try to fake it.
Now the HOG CENTRAL promo wagon has started. Come on! Can't you just admit that 4 is kicking your butt with content and all you have left is perception.

"Hogs Suck", "Fire Nutt" - why, because we lost the first game of the season to the number 6 team in the country? Talk about a cry for blood. Sit back, relax and give them a chance to prove themselves!!!
No, because we have sucked for a while now. Nutt doesn't have the capabilities to coach at this level. We were totally unprepared and were embarrassed on national tv again. His recruiting is terrible and this will only make it harder. He got into an argument on the sideline with his offensive coordinator and couldn't get plays in on time. He is a total control freak who doesn't have the respect of his players or fellow coaches. He will pass the buck onto anybody he can and wont take responsibility for the ineffectiveness of his team.

Are we sure the "PE" on the helmets doesn't refer to "P.E. Class" as in the only class Razorback Fooball Players are smart enough to pass?
What is the U of A's graduation rate? Seems like the only time that mattered was when it came time to find a reason to fire Noland.
