New Anchor Makes On Air Debut at KTAL

A new face has popped up on KTAL's newscasts. Rick Boone, formally with KBTV in Beaumont, Texas made his on air debut Monday on Channel 6. The addition of Boone finally fills the seat left vacant by Shawn Patrick who left KTAL in early March. Patrick left months after partner Lane Stone.

Additional: Boone was a main anchor at KBTV and was promoted to KTAL. KBTV is also owned by Nexstar.
