I think that's a real loss for Channel 7. She seemed sweet and was a good reporter. Also, are they replacing her on Saturday Daybreak with that redhead who looked like she was wearing her mom's prom dress? If so look for 11 to get better ratings on Saturday mornings.

Janelle's dress did not look good on her on Saturday Daybreak. Other than that she did a great job. Curious to see how she and Shapiro will interact. By the way, Shapiro is one of my favorite local personalities. Losing viewers to 11? Whatever! There is nothing more boring than watching that THV Saturday crew read their Facebook pages.

I personally did not enjoy Janelle on Saturday but I'm also not a Renee fan so obviously 9:20 and I just have different opinions...to each their own. I will agree with everyone else and say that Janelle needs some wardrobe help.
Simoni was good. She will be missed.
How old is Janelle?
Here is what THV needs to do with that Saturday morning show:
1. Casey Hankins needs to work with Meredith on her ad-libbing.
2. Turn on more lights at different angles.
3. Have a producer or someone behind the scenes search for the best Facebook posts and put them on the screen. This is what the Weather Channel does. When all three personalities are not making eye contact with the camera, the viewer becomes disconnected and click!
The highlight of the show is Nettles' movie segment. He is getting better with time.
We need more of this (.)(.) and this (|) on the news.
Yeah, I'll miss Simoni, she was bright and could actually speak. All Shapiro can do is screech and how hard is it to watch movies on DVD? She's the worst. Hopefully Channel 7 is not paying her much.

I heard that Wes is leaving THV at the end of June. My opinion -- it's a win-win situation for both he and THV.
Win for Wes. Who is going to do sports? mark can't do all shows and Ayana is leaving by August.
It's good for Wes. THV wasn't going to pay him what KATV is paying Allison. She's the bread winner.

Could someone explain to me what is going on THV's Saturday show. I do not usually watch it. Because Mark Edwards seems to have a difficult speaking. But this morning I tried to give it another shot. Why did THV have Mitchell and Beene on the show together? It was odd seeing them both you didn't know which one was going to do weather. Have they finally decided that Mitchell does not need to present the weather? I also thought Mitchell was working on her degree in Meteorology.
Filling in for Melissa. She had a baby. Until she returns, she has to have a fill-in.
Well both Saturday morning shows are horrible now. Today the girl on 7 refused to smile and had the personality of a wet mop, and the girl who hosted last week was dressed for a funeral and was so green she neglected to tell us who she was interviewing at the beginning of multiple segments. I really think they should just let Renee and Todd host the show alone at this point. That said, I still think it's better than 11's morning show. Yuck...

Hate to see stephanie leave. She alway's had a smile on her face,and she also seemed like a good reporter. She will be greatly missed! Good luck with your new job,be just remember,you will alway's have to be a razorback fan!
