Good for Justin. He is positioning his self very well with this move. Even though Tyler is a much smaller market then Little Rock the call of the main anchor chair more then makes up for it. Plus the fact that Tyler is an hours drive from Dallas a lot of there talent go from Tyler to Dallas, or Houston.
Good move for Justin, good choice for Tyler. Word is the station he is going to is one of those rare locations that cares about its staff. There's no doubt Justin cares about people, too, no matter where he serves viewers.
I've noticed that Morgan Adsit isn't there any longer. Where did she go?

Obviously you have never spent much time in Tyler. Even if he does get board he can always do like other people his age either drive in to Dallas, or head down to Austin for the weekend. Justin will be just fine.

About Morgan...she went to the FOX station in Baltimore.
Actually, Tyler is about 2 hours from Dallas and I don't think we have ever hired anyone from there.
People from Tyler usally make the move to Austin....Justin came to FOX16 from Victora Tx.
He will be missed....Real good guy!
Tyler is actually a decent small market and its stations went HD for local newscasts long before Little Rock.
Tyler is almost half way between Dallas and Shreveport. Shreveport is another hour and a half hour down I-20.
You may not have any one at your station who came from the Tyler market, but over the years, there have been at some of the other stations.
Two hours from Dallas? Maybe if you are coming all the way from KTVT in Fort Worth through the Mix Master during rush hour it might take two hours. From my house in Preston Hollow to my sisters house in Tyler takes about an hour to hour and fifteen minutes depending on traffic.
So what does this Justin look like sug? Is he cute? I will have to check him out when I am in Tyler for the 4th.

I would love to see the list of all the people who jumped from Tyler to Dallas. I don't think it is a very long one.

It's more like a bunch of board P.A.'s with an axe to grid, and to much time on their hands.
Which station. I'm currently in Tyler.
Well it could only be KETK or KLTV.
I hear KETK and KFXK, and the rest of the CommCorp and White Knight stations are on the market.
KETK and CBS19 or whatever are garbage. They're in HD and that's it. CBS19 has hardly any local stories. KETK just looks underfunded.
Is Kelly Dudzik going with them? It always appeared to me on the show and her Facebook page that they had a little "thing" going...
At least he is better off than Mike Francis who is going to Atlanta. Looks like Francis is going where they don't have many severe storms.
Other then having a tornado hitting CNN Center, and the Georgia Dome in the middle of an NCAA playoff game, or a week long ice storm, Atlanta does not have the weather like we have here in Arkansas and Texas.
Is Justin married? Always wondered if he's "the marrying type" if you know what I mean.
From what I understand Justin is not the "marrying type". Kelly Dudzik is still available then.
