Former KARK'er on the Move
In keeping up with another former Little Rock TV personalities, Newsblues reports former KARK meteorologist Mike Nicco is on the move to ABC O&O KGO-7. He had worked at Kin Eden Prairie Minnesota after leaving KARK.

Mike Nico was a great guy, and everyone at KARK misses him.

Try again? It's my opinion & it's still my opinion. Just because someone's in a top market doesn't mean they aren't a goof. I know he wouldn't care what I say about him, but that doesn't keep me from giving my opinion. I liked him as a person, but the fact of the matter is, he said some stupid things on the air. I was just asking if anyone remembered it, not what your opinion of my posting it is.
I'm glad he's making it in a top market. That means we have some quality people on their way to the top working in this market. We did then, and we still do.
I'm not sure I'd call it a goatee but it's very similar in appearance to what's on Mike Francis' chin.

I ran into Mike this week here in MN. He seems excited about the move. Mike seems like the same professional co-worker that I worked with in the Rock. I wish him the best in San Fran.

Mike looks good with his goatee, but, could somebody please tell Ned Perme to cut and comb his Shoney's Big Boy looking locks, or at least put on the red suspenders and checkered shirt to go with it? The Shoney's people called and they want Ned to stop copying their trademark.
I live in SF area and watch local ABC-7 station. Mike is great! He's friendly, upbeat and very likeable. Having been here for a year now, I'd say he's found his home.
