KATV Leads the Pack in February Book

Arkansas Business.com has gotten hold of the ratings numbers for the Little Rock market. The article says KATV lead the way at 5, 6 and 10. The article says KARK say only a small increase in numbers from the November book. 4 and 11 still hold the crowns for other parts of the day.
