Former LR Anchor on the Move
Newsblues reports Susan Roesgen will not be renewing her contract at WGNO-26-ABC/New Orleans when it comes up for renewal later this month. Roesgen was an anchor at KATV for a couple of years in the mid '80's.

She was here about a 18 months, not many years.
She was around the era of Ruth Spencer I believe. Everyone would ask, are you the station with Carolyn Long. "No, we've got Ruth Spencer". It seems like Rosegyn came after that. Barnes was on the way out. Am I right? It all runs together. Was she after that...more recent? Anyone thinking 20 something may not yet be seasoned, would be able to respond to this.c
SR came in 1987 replacing Aviva Diamond. Barnes was long gone and at Channel Four

Also of note is that her husband, Alex, is a newspaper photographer. His mother is Phyllis Brandon, the society editor at the Demorat-Gazette. He stayed in New Orleans to cover Katrina. Anyone know about the status of his job now?

I saw michelle rupp on saturday daybreak she looks like a cute red brested robin and friday i saw the majic trick were she made a dove appear and that reminded me of
how cute beth hunt is!
(pamela smith remind's me of a big fat turkey,now she is comming on tv this weekend i think she is a eyesore.)
