I used to work with this reporter and I will say I will never forget her. She was covering a tornado that had struck an area of northern Arkansas. She was interviewing a man who had lost everything in the storm. When the interview was complete, the storm victim asked her if there was anything else he could do for her. She said, yes, you can get me a hair dryer and a curling iron. As nice as the man was, he went to a neighbor's home that wasn't as damaged by the storm and got her a hair dryer and curling iron. She told the story in the newsroom to show how nice people in Arkansas really are. She didn't even realize that what she did was totally wrong. Everyone in the newsroom was mortified.

I worked with her in Kansas... the story above doesn't sound far off from the mark. (I remember her standing at a fatal wreck with a very VERY low-cut top -- basically diverting the attention from the wreck to HER.)

This was at the same time that Kathleen Berger (now at Fox 16) was there... and those were two of the most questionable hires I can think of there in recent memory.

The story about Mary Nguyen is true...and yes, pretty much par for the course with her. I used to work with her too, and really never cared much for her. Girl was way too high-strung for my taste.

Whoever posted that Dale NICHOLSON died...dude, that is low-down.

She also referred to a Pastor as a pasture. Said she didn't know because she's Catholic.

And what's wrong with wearing a low-cut shirt to a fatality ????

Kathleen needs to decide on a hair color and stick with it. That blonde streak along the front looks very high schoolish. I assume she also has a belly ring and a few tatts ?

I shot the tornado story with her in norther Arkansas. She did in fact ask to use a dryer and curling iron, but it was not as bad as described. The destroyed home did not belong to the man that loaned her the dryer. It belonged to his older brother. We were right next to his grand mothers house preparing for our live shot when she asked for a dryer. He was very nice and said no problem. She was a sweet girl and many people hated on her. Not surprising in the news world.

I worked out at the same gym she did. She had a very entitled, snobbuish attitude. Some of the KATV people that worked out at Powerhouse Gym. Kate Sullivan was walking behind me as I entered the gym one day and I held the door open because that was the polite thing to do. She got mad at me for holding the door for her.
