Improvement in Ratings Seen for KLRT in July

Arkansas Business.com reports KLRT's “Fox 16 News at Nine” saw a big improvement in July 05's numbers versus July 04. AB.com says, "In terms of household share, KLRT jumped about 20 percent higher and jumped as much as 71 percent in the age 25-54 demographic. "

Clear Channel GM Chuck Spohn tells AB.com, "“Fox 16’s July 2005 news ratings maintained incredible strength regardless of not having the American Idol lead-in. In other words, viewers are aggressively tuning in. We’re now one-and-a-half years old and gaining acceptance as a viable source of news each and every rating book.”
