Good Luck, Adam! KSLA has lost a lot of their best on-air people in the last month. Denise, Brittany, Colin, and now Adam. Makes you wonder why they can't keep people.

What's going on at KSLA? Why the sudden turnover?

More like they see things won't change for the better at KSLA so anywhere else is an improvement.

KSLA's been run like that for years. Several years ago, when Ed Bradley was GM, one of my former none on-air co-workers went to work at KSLA. We had a little send off party their last day. The next day they went to work at KSLA. They worked at KSLA one day. Quit, and came back to work for us the following day.

Was that Jeff Macatee ? Seems like the new male anchor who took Carl Pendley's place didn't last a week.
I seem to recall him coming from Beverly Hills, CA to Shreveport. Man that had to be major-culture shock.

Then the black female anchor left in about 3 months later to work at Headline News.

I couldn't imagine working for Ed Bradley. That guy should've been run off much, much, much earlier. Bet he cost RayCom a ton in pay-offs and settlements with all the "alleged" sexual harrasment lawsuits. After all that RayCom has zero credibility in this market.

No, it wasn't. Like I said this was a "none on-air co-worker."

what is a "none on-air co worker"?

Obviously it's a co-worker that's not on-air talent who work in front of the camera. NOT a anchor. NOT a reporter.

@11:04 We had a similar situation when I worked at KMSS/KSHV. One of the KSHV AE's left and went to work at KSLA. I don't think she even worked at KSLA the entire day before she came and got her old job back.

You're talking about Shana Lindenmayer. You're right, Shana didn't work at KSLA a full day. She failed the drug screen which only KSLA was doing drug screens at the time. I haven't seen or heard anything about her in years. Not sure if she still lives here or not.

I have seen Shana's mugshot and charges in The Inquisitor several times over the past two or three years for stealing, and for creating/using fake prescriptions. Seems to be following in Shari Warren's footsteps.
