KTBS Hires New Weekend Anchor

There's a new weekend anchor on staff at KTBS/Channel 3/Shreveport.  Jessica Crandall has been hired to replace Judy Waggoner.  Crandall came to KTBS from KIFI and KIDK  in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Along with anchoring newscasts on the weekend, Crandall will serve as a reporter during the week.

Cute girl. How much longer before KTBS adds Jessica to the "Meet the News Team" section of the website? They are quick to remove someone from the site when they quit or get fired. For a station who updates news 24/7 there is no reason for anything on the website to take a month or longer to update.

She may be sweet and cute and all but after watching her a few times, all I can say is that she has this pain and anxiety-ridden expression and dead-pan delivery. I suppose it's due to a lack of experience or stress or both. But not a must-see talent IMHO.
