It's KARK Night at the Arkansas State Fair
Friday night is KARK night at the Arkansas State Fair. The night is being dubbed "KARK-4 Ride-O-Rama" at the fair. KARK will also broadcast its 5pm, 6pm and 10pm newscasts LIVE from the from the fair today.

KARK outworks everyone else in the market. They cover more stuff, live, than anyone else.

Being a critic of KARK's parent company voicing that several times her, I have to say that KARK locally (at least the news depr)are overacheivers. Given the lack of tools (No AP, Nielson), those guys (and gals) produce a decent newscast that is on par with the 'THV, and KATV shows.
Now, please get HDTV and full power DTV on ASAP! Wonder why, KARK isn't getting top-drawer syndicated shows.
It's Nielsen. Love people who act like they are in the biz but not. Sounds like this came from the news department.

You know, you don't really get points for doing more with less. You get points for having great tools, great resources, great people and producing great news.
Yes, you do get points for doing a great job. Viewers only see what's on the screen... and KARK puts great programming on the screen. KTHV, for example, is just lazy.

Ah, yes an old-line network affliate running informercials during daytime (10am M-F), yes thats *quality* programming. Keep that up KARK, and you might end up with all the "Tony Cotton" accounts.
We're talking about news progamming here... KARK is as good as anyone else in this market. And by the way, I love my Ginsu knife and vaccum food sealer!
