What is going on at KAIT , why is so many people leaving? I thought when Ted Fortenberry left things would get better, evidentally not.
Looks like the new GM is running that place into the ground. They lose strong reporters like Rebecca but keep below average talent like Lauren Payne and her saddle bag looking face.
Things are actually so much better since Ted left. The people that are leaving are going to great jobs in part because of the changes that have occurred. It 's a much better place to work.
When is Kelly George going to leave?

Anyone notice that every now and then on the morning news, Yalanda Young is apparently cold? Those nips stick out about half a foot.
If KAIT really wanted better ratings, they'd make her do the news topless. I get the idea that Young would go for that.

If they're smart, they will lure Meredith Mitchell away from THV. She's the hottest thing going in Arkansas!!!
Damn Straight 4:21, There is nothing better looking than Meredith Mitchell, But I'd hate to lose that hotness, to another market.
Of course I'll tell you who has the biggest boobs at KAIT...Will Carter. That's a solid C cup.

Yalanda Young is a goddess and needs to be in a swimsuit calendar instead of her career going no where in Jonesboro!!
Lauren Payne needs to go to Wal-Mart to be a checker! Don't pick on Brandi. She was in my daughter's third grade class last year. Kait hires them young!
Smith is one of the WORST on-air personalites ever. She always has a pained look on her face.. like she's really constipated and is straining to clear it. Just awful!
Will has a great rack, but, Brandi bought hers and thus hers are bigger. But as far as a natural set, Will sure beats Yalanda and Lauren.
When are they going to lose Chris Castleman? It looks like he's been de-moted to weekends, why don't they get rid of the clown altogether?
I think Rebecca has that look on her face because she knows where her career is going !

I agree that Yalanda Young could be a model of her choosing, but she has the IQ of a rock and Lauren Payne could run for the mayor of Weiner, Arkansas. That's about her speed.
KAIT should make Yalanda Young a weather girl. At least then we would get to see more of her standing in front of the camera instead of those stupid weather guys.

Bring Back Tiffany. She is KNOCK OUT. She had a baby and still looks like a model. I saw her at target with the kid. I couldn't shop because I couldn't stop looking. Are you sure she did not adopt? Because no mom has a body that bangin. OK. She anchors good too.
I wouldn't put it past this new general manager to bring back Tiffany. He'll bring back all the people the old regime let go when they couldn't hack it. I hear other losers like Chad Watson and Mitch Lilly are available. I enjoy the new GM's stupid commentaries. We appreciate the great suggestions like "volunteer...it's a good thing to do" and "rednecks...we sure are proud to be one". Cutting edge stuff, keep up the goodwork.
Tiffany is coming back as the Assistant News Director. Chad is also coming back and he got his belly button pieced while in Charleston. Oh... one more thing, rednecks rule.

Well it would be great if Mitch and Tiffany came back then they pick up where they left off a couple of years ago..of course her new husband needs to be aware...she has been known to sleep around to get to the top...Tiffany is beautiful only in her mind...have you seen her up close...take off that make up and she is not pretty at all...and trust me she did not adopt...she just is not sure who the babies daddy is....

I have decided this is not Tiffany's mom it is Tiffany herself attempting to build up her character as anyone who knows Tiffany is aware that is self centered, and basically not a good moral person...so anyone who would defend her would be in her same grouping. I heard some chatter that there are more KAIT'ers headed for the door. Noticed their news website only has 13 people left on it. What's the deal over there??
I heard the same thing. At least 3 or 4 of the ones left at the station are looking for new jobs. Not a big deal, I am sure they can just get the GM to fill the shows with more of his great commentaries like "Spring...A beautiful season" or "Education...we all need to read"

If they are so bad then why are they number one in the market? Just joking, you are right, the staff is thin, and the talent is even thinner. They can only rely on Diana Davis for so long.

They must be letting everyone go, so that they can become a bureau for Memphis. Ted Fortenberry wouldn't have let the station go down this path.
