KAIT Loses Sports Director AND Producer
This from a tipster: Sports Director Glenn Marini and his wife, 10 PM Producer Emily are leaving. Glenn has accepted the sports director position at WANE in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for them and it’s close to Glenn’s hometown. Their last day will be June 27th.

Wow everyone is jumping ship at KAIT. Good thing they still have the gorgeous Yalanda Young and Lauren Payne. Good thing they are hot, too bad their isn't a brain between the pair.

Glenn and Emily both will really be missed! They are both so talented and will do great where ever they go. Good luck to them both!
WHat is going on with TV in Arkansas...every story on this blog is about people leaving. Personally, I think the quality of our news products has gone downhill in the last few years...is the high turnover a reflection of this? Maybe the blog host will start a thread for comments about the seemingly ridiculously high turnover rate in recent months from news departments all over the state.

This is Yalanda Young and I don't have a belly button... it's really just a tatoo to make it look like I have one because I have a birth defect... hope you're happy with yourself.

I don't know about that, but I met her one time in Jonesboro at a salon and she was getting a pedicure and she had a toe ring on each foot.
