New KATV Reporter on Air
(First off I know he probably started earlier in the week BUT I just saw him for the first time tonight.) Former KHBS-KHOG sports reporter Rusty Jackson is on air at KATV. Jackson replaces Leland Vittert who left for a station in Florida. Jackson is a U of A graduate and is originally from Monticello.

Did he say, "I tell ya, ..." during his report? Or substitute the word "mess" for what you knew he meant, as in "Springdale beat the mess out of West Memphis?"

Met him recently and he seems quite smart and sharp. This is a great hire for KATV. That birdbrain Leland was a waste of time
I didn't know Randy was capable of making such a good decision. The guy comes across good on the air. He seems real and appears to have some intelligence.
Maybe he can take Leeland's job, but no one can "replace" him.

Melissa is cute... Beth is looking old these days. She's getting wrinkles on her forehead like Alice Stewart used to have before she got surgery.

Yep Rusty got out of fairyland. He needed to get out of NWA... he was way too talented for that market.
