Remember THIS POST from last week where former KATV'er Krista Platzer was one of 5 finalists in a Viriginia TV station American Idol like contest to be the stations new 10pm anchor? A station exec with Roanoke's WJPR-21-Fox & WFXR-27-Fox tells Newsblues a candidate has been decided upon AND the "winner" was NOT selected by viewers. We'll have to wait til later in the week to see if Platzer is the winner.
