Sinclair Buys The Tennis Channel

The parent company of KATV/Channel 7/Little Rock has purchased The Tennis Channel.  TV Spy reports  Sinclair is paying 350 million dollars for the cable channel. 

It was the only independently-owned major sports network left, and we knew we could unlock value through a tuck-in acquisition,” said Sinclair president and CEO David Smith.
