Former KATV Weather Guesser is NEW Chief at KARK/KLRT

It's official,  Todd Yakoubian is the new Chief met at KARK/KLRT! "The announcement" was made Sunday evening in a much hyped tease  by the former KATV Meteorologist.  Fans have been wondering and anticipating where and when he would get back on the air!
