The mother of slain KATV anchor Anne Pressly is pressing on with a lawsuit to sue St Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock over some of its staff gaining access to Pressly's medical records.  The staff members involved have all dealt with, Patti Cannady after 8 years is still trying to make the hospital pay.  Arkansas Online says a decision on whether the suit can go forward will come by the end of the week. I'very dealt with them. They play the "lie and get mad if they are exposed for lying" card. They thought they were entitled to do that because they were a hospital.

Happens every day at other hospitals as well and the employee or employees that do it are never fired for it even though that is something they should be fired for. Getting fired from a hospital is almost as hard as getting fired from the usps.

Ok, we cannot sue the scumbag that killed her because he has no money so lets go after the ones that took care of her after the attack. Makes sense.
